Beef getting another bad rap targeting many of us!


 
I’m not sure what that means. My knowledge was not based on web searches but Jr. High shop class and personal experience. But, what does this have to do with beef?
I suppose my favorite is really a 5/4 ribeye
 
I have moved away from over cooked burgers at most places, so if i want a quick beef sandwich i turn to Ar by's French Dip sandwich which good sized and moist, i really miss there sweet potatoes fries
