Howdy folks...I've been off work the past couple days to hang at home and do turkey day preps...yesterday was WSM cleaning, grate cleaning, CI cornbread for stuffing and a couple apple brined turkeys in the tub!

I worked up a appetite so Tri tip strips, taters, sprouts, carrots and red wine mushroom sauce was the plan!!

Taters on with some weber garlic and some rosemary!

Mushrooms fried up!

A mixture of beef stock, red wine and mushrooms thickened up on the grill!

Steak seasoned with S&P

Sprouts added to the party!

Resting

And all served up...carrots were steamed

Not too shabby...the sauce was a bit much and I didn't get the sprouts quite soft Enuf...I went a little heavy on the pepper as well but oh well they don't always come out perfect!!

Thanks for looking..take care

"The Alaska Grill Master" aka Morgan C. I like that Morgan, suites you very well. Great looking cook. I do my cornbread in the skillet too.

Morgan sorry no disrespect to your post. The beef, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts (one of my favorites) is what grilling is all about,
and you Sir nailed that cook.
