This is the cookbook I will be using for a while. DH already found a recipe he can't wait to cook.

The cover says it has over 300 recipes from the world's greatest cowboys. Have a favorite cowboy? Mention his name and I will see if he has anything in the book.

Joan, I'm a big fan of Rodney Scott. I've got this, among others. He's an amazing guy. This book is as much about his life as it is his cooking.

That Mark Bittman book is outstanding, imo. Incredible, un-fussy recipes.

I just looked under the cover of the above book, It looks like all the countries in the world are printed on it. WOW!!!!!!

With over a 1,000 recipes to choose from, the only thing I can think of to do is just open the book at random. Or, if you have any requests?
