BBQ Bologna & ABT's

[Kemper Morris]

Split Bologna lengthwise. Sprayed with Pam & applied rub. Cooked 3 hours over cherry. Sliced into 1 inch thick slices. Sauced both sides. Put in pan & cooked another hour to caramelize the sauce

My dad used to do the bologna....pretty similar, and I always loved it. A bit tough to get that one past the gate keeper around here these days!!

Nothing fancy on the ABT's. Mixed cream cheese &-cheddar cheese. Stuffed jalapenos,wrapped in bacon,applied rub, & drizzled jalapeno mint jelly on them.
