Bavette Steak w/Reduced Sherry Shallot Sauce

Grilled the Steaks & let them rest. Sautéed Shallot in Evo & added Sherry. Beef Stock & Water then reduced. Took off of Heat & added Butter & Sour Cream
Used Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes, Garlic S&P & EVO & topped with Parmesan
Green Beans EVO & Kosher Salt
Steak melted in my mouth.?This was Delicious!!

Not going to lie. I had to Google Bavette steak. Serious fan of Flank steak. That will be getting added to the rotation. Thanks for sharing.
 
That is what you call taking it to the next level. I love love a good gravy to put on everything on the plate and that gravy is special. But then to have a meal like that to put the amazing gravy on... man that is an amazing cook.
