Basque Chorizo “Dogs” on the SmokeFire

Started with some fresh chorizo sausages from Rancho Llano Seco and grilled up some sweet peppers and onions. Grilled them on the SmokeFire at about 350 with pit boss competition blend pellets. Slathered a couple buns with the best mustard in the world, Kozlik’s and added the onions & peppers. D’LISH!!!

Canadian mustard is puréed poutine!

Yep, I've slowed down. Did 7 at a Giant's game once, but it was a night game and that was dinner!! That was before they were $6.50 a dog too.

4 dogs for lunch, no wonder you always cook two big pieces of meat, you get 1 whole one and 3/4 of the other and your wife gets the left over 1/4.

I don’t eat like I used to either! I’ve gotten away from paper plates just because I got a great deal on some old enamelware which the kids seen to like a lot more! I don’t mind washing up.
