Bacon Blue Cheese Jucy Lucys with Hatch Green Chilie Burgers

Burger with blue cheese and cooked bacon for stuffing

Some 1/3 lb burgers with bacon just pressed in, Jucy Lucys in the background

1/3 lbs getting a sear on a CI pan

then finishing indirect with some Colby/Swiss and Cheddar Monterrey Jack cheese

Jucy Lucys got the same treatment but some roasted Hatch Chilies were added

Plated. Burger with some chipolte mayo, bbq sauce, lettuce tomato, and onion. Side was some homemade pasta fresh out of the box, for the recipe ask Betty Crocker.

I'm not a blue cheese fan, but those burgers look fantastic otherwise! I don't know hatch chilies? Looks like ortegas--similar? Great burger cook John!
 
Oh man..just got done with dinner and ready to go get the grill fired up! Great looking burgers John!

Man,oh man,I love blue cheese juicy Lucy's ! I bet the hatch chiles were a great addition!
Side was some homemade pasta fresh out of the box
;) digging that! I have a box or two of that recipe in the pantry!
