Bacon and apple stuffed pork roast

Awesome meal
 
I buy the large pork loin from Costco, then cut it into 2 roasts plus cut a few thick chops from the smaller end of the loin.
 
Nice job, that looks delicious! I love to stuff pork loins. If you don’t, they can be pretty boring.
 
Now thats on the list, I like the apple jelly and Dijon mustard glaze to finish it off.
