Bacon and apple stuffed pork roast

Cut open the roast to add the bacon and apple stuffing and then tied it up to hold it together.

Cooking the roast in the Performer.


Letting the roast rest after it’s apple jelly and Dijon mustard glaze.


Slicing it up for our dinner



Hassleback potatoes, a new roasted squash recipe, broccoli to go along with the roast.

Just got a buy one/get one deal on those last week! Doing one on Saturday!! Might have to stuff it.

I buy the large pork loin from Costco, then cut it into 2 roasts plus cut a few thick chops from the smaller end of the loin.

Nice job, that looks delicious! I love to stuff pork loins. If you don’t, they can be pretty boring.

Looks great, just cut up a loin before supper, 2 roasts and 10 1/2" chops, now I know what 1 will be lol
