I'm a huge fan of all meals cooked outdoors. But sometimes you want, you know, some barbecue. I really can't remember the last time we had pulled pork sandwiches. So today was the day! Slathered a pork butt with mustard and home made rub.

Set up the grill for a long slow cook with some Kingsford and apple wood.

When we make barbecue it's a family affair. This is my daughter making cornbread, which is her specialty.

When the pork was done pulled the meat and then plated with the beans and cornbread.

The meal was simply wonderful. We went way to long on fixing this great meal. I highly recommend!

Looking good Robert!! I could go for a couple of those Sammie's right now...PP looks great...you did it up right!

You are a lucky man because for You its a family affair! I must cook all by myself. Every body (my wifey and 3 sons ) says I like BBQ so I have to cook it. But when its time to eat they all appear!
Anyway about the food, the PP looks perfect and the plated meal looks awesome. Complimenti!

That pull pork is awesome Robert, it's great when the whole family helps out. Your sides just took it all the way, just send a plate any time. Rich and I love to cook so it's always fun and that's why I cann't lose weight!!

Good looking cook Robert, nicely done! It's clear where your daughter gets her good looks, Kim's beautiful as ever
