Back to Basics BBQ Chicken

[John Solak]

Chicken thighs seasoned with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and black pepper over Royal Oak lump and a chunk of peach for smoke.



The sauce I used. Great flavor and its really thick too!



Chicken sauced and threw on some sausage on for good measure



We had some Smore stuff leftover from our recent camping trip and decided to use some of it up for dessert tonight.

That all looks mighty fine, John! I've q'd and grilled a ton of meat over the years, but my "comfort zone" is always chicken. Of course, s'mores kind of put that over the top!
