Baby Back Ribs

Today was my first time cooking Baby Back ribs on my 22.5 WSM. I have cooked them before on my 22.5 OTS, but this was so much easier. It took 6 hours to smoke them without wrapping at around 230 degrees. I was happy with the way they turned out.

Here are some pics from today.

Thanks. I used 1 small chunk of Hickory and 3 chunks of apple. I'm still trying different rubs, but I used the McCormick Grill Mates Pork Rub with these. I have used it in the past and wanted to stay with something I was familiar with on my first WSM BB cook.

Thanks everyone.

Jay, I really like my IQ110. It worked well on my OTS, but even better on the WSM. I basically set it and forget it. I did have to replace a temperature probe once after about a year, but am very happy with it's performance.
