Avocado filled with salmon and egg

Made a healthy lunch. Avocado filled with salmon and egg.
At the end i seasoned it with salt and red pepper flakes.

Awesome!!! I have been wanting to try cooking an egg in an avocado just haven't gotten around to it, adding some smoke salmon is a really nice added touch!

lol, yeah had to improvise afterwards. Cook temp was around 200 degrees Celsius and around 15-20 minuten cookingtime.
