Anyone been watching BBQ with Franklin on PBS?


 
I have been watching them on the streaming PBS channel through the ROKU player.
It is interesting that when he cooks on the little smoker the door is open.
But that is aligned with what he talks about in the pit building episode and the fire episode.
He is all about having plenty of airflow through the cooker and if it running hot he doesn't close vents to slow the fire he opens the door more so the air flows through faster.
All in all a fun BBQ show to watch.
