Another Weber Recipe

Another nice day so Barb and I decided to do some burgers for dinner.
I found a recipe for Weber’s Ideal Cheeseburgers in the Weber’s Greatest Hits book.
Used ground chuck as called for and the only deviation was I used Colby-Jack instead of sharp cheddar because I didn’t have any sharp cheddar.
Barb made some sesame seed buns for the burgers which were excellent.
Did some bag fries to keep it simple.
The burgers were very moist and had great flavor. We will do this recipe again.
And yes the extra burger was enjoyed by Whitney and Abby.

There's nothing better than BBQ Burgers with but one exception. BBQ Burgers with homemade buns. Nicely done!
