Another SF flawless cook

Reversed seared another London Broil and Cowboy Steak .... Both came out flawless and Delish, NO leftovers.
I also grilled a London Broil (Summit S670)for the ones that don't like smoked meat. New software on the SF worked with no issues at all at raising temp to 600 , then lowering to 300 , then shutdown.

You can put that on the board, yeah! At least that's what Hawk Harrelson used to say at Comiskey Park in Chicago... Another entry in the impressive evidence of great cooking on the SmokeFire - once you have its idiosyncrasies worked out.

I like this idea of cooking an extra cut and telling myself "it's for the people who don't like smoked meat" (knowing all along that it's just more for me!) :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Great looking grub! Love the sear marks from the SF
