i liked Dwain's creation so much, i went out to buy some ham steaks to copy him.
complete with the pineapple....



plated with sautéed onions poblanos and grilled corn (from last summer) along with Yukons & the pineapple



and a side garden fresh salad




It was fast and it was good! I'll do it again!

Okey Dokey, just sucked down dinner, SWMBO said, “Yes, YES, Do that again!” So I can honestly say this one goes in the “Plus” column!

I think next time, I will use the 22” more room for “peripheral“ pineapple. Better grill marks and “candification”!
Plus baked sweet potatoes, rice and sautéed zucchini! Four out of five components are big hits for my amazingly tolerant wife (zucchini isn’t the winner for her) this will be an easy feast for any number of occasions!

I figure all of you know what rice looks like, Miss Sandy was hungry! Suffice to say, it was delightful!
