ABT's and Fajitas

We headed out to a close friends house yesterday for food and fun in the pool. I got to use his Weber Genesis that I talked him in to buying. I have an extra SJS that I am giving to him so he can dabble in some charcoal cooks in the future. On to the food.

Homemade pico de gallo and guacamole.


Assembling the ABT's with some monterrey jack and shrimp.

Good food and great times with our friends. I can't wait to take him the SJS so he can start cooking on charcoal.

He is my closest friend. We started as roommates almost 30 years ago and have remained great friends since then. I had the extra SJS to do build a Mini WSM. Since I purchased the 14.5 WSM I think I'm going to skip the mini project.

I started making the Shrimp ABT's about 6 months ago, they are always a hit. My wife told me she will never order a stuffed jalapeno at a restaurant again.
