I did the final friday dinner for Daniel..Worked 10h today and he came home hungy to this:

Snack:

Fryed the spinach,And the ground 50/50 pork/beef. Cream in the shot glass will be mixed with the egg. And my butter dough in the back.

Baked @ 400f

I know Daniel liked this one.

Loaf:

50/50 pork/beef. Salt pepper/1egg/2 TBS vegeta.

Filled with Cheddar/pan fried chanterelles/onion.

Served with pasta:
