A Sunday afternoon with the Dodgers and pulled pork...

Tony R

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Got another picnic shoulder on sale and that's what we made on Sunday.

Seasoned with left over rubs.

Smoked with apple wood for about 13 hours. I didn't use any temp probes or anything during the cook. When I had a feeling it was ready i took temp and it was 195 left it in the smoker for another 30 min and it jumped to 201. So that's fine with me..

Got some Maulls bbq sauce and added pepper, cumin, cayenne and it was spicy. I left in the smoker for about 30 min or so.

corn bread with Serrano peppers.

Pork was pulled by Maribel.

Plated and I must say it has to be in my top 3 best pulled pork ever.

Lets not forget the dodger Game...

thanks for looking.

I don't think I've seen you post anything that didn't look good... Those fish tacos really looked good the other night... One other thing, I'm very impressed with the way that you and your wife work together... A+ man...

Man that is one good looking plate. I would even suffer through watching a Dodger game for one of those plates! Great job you two!

here, I thought you WENT to the game....
loved the "hidden ball trick" the Rays got away with Saturday... very cool!

And... Very Cool is THIS ▼

dinner looks AWESOME mister and missus Antony R!

Nice looking cook Tony. Awesome!!! I'm afraid an AL team wil humble my Braves. Like dodgers did the rays. If they get that far of course. ;)

Great teamwork on the cook!!

Beautiful cook Tony and Maribel, I like that attitude, no probes etc. when it looked done it was done.
