So for this cook, I used Oakridge's Dominator Sweet Rib Rub. On top of that, I applied Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. I really enjoyed the combination, but my wife felt there was too much of the cinnamon flavor. Next time I cook ribs, I will do a first pass with another of the Oakridge rubs and top off with dominator, and see how that works.
 
Looks good WB. Not familiar with Oakridge's products but SBR has been my go to for years. My wife doesn't really care for 'smoky" cooks so I stick to mostly charcoal.
 
I love St. Louis' I love Summer Squash and Zucchini. Your plated pic is perfect
 
Looks fantastic, very nice cook. To answer your question about the bread book from my thread 90+% of the recipes in thee book use a Dutch oven but all the DO recipes make two loafs so it's best if you have two DOs.
