Hanger steaks (lightly oiled with evoo, rubbed with K salt/black pepper) and reverse seared over Weber briquettes and a small split of red oak.

While the hangers were resting, finished grilling the veggies.

Boy does that look good! My kind of dinner, steak, corn on the bone and grilled veggies.
We are starting to get some monsoon activity, hopefully some rain in the near future. I like the gassers but I'm itchin to do some L&S and some charcoal grilling.

Looks delicious Robert. Your plated shot is wonderful. We're having a tough time finding Hanger Steak up here. We needed some last week for a cook my wife made and we had to settle for flank.

Hangar steaks are not easily found around here either! Like flatirons nobody carries them regularly. Unless they are asking a fortune for them!

As usual, even your leftovers look tasty.
You and Cliff should have a one week cook off, just for fun.
