A picture is worth a thousand words or a thousand bites

Love this thread, perfect for the winter blues!
I went with some baby backs on the WSM, a little dark in the picture but fall off the bone, just the way we like 'em
can't wait for it to warm up

I like this thread James;)
Here's my one photo - rehearsal for Throwdown # 16: Tri-Tip

Love to see all those beautiful pictures.
Another exceptional picture. It's time for me to do a tri tip.

Florida people should be restricted from posting between October and March.

I send on behalf of all of us dealing with damn snow and heat bills. Thank you.

I hope I'm not out of line here since there is no food pictured but I like this shot of both the Webers doing their thing

I have that same little red. I bought it about 18 years ago. I have maintained it the best I could. But, it got so wobbly that I decided to replace it with the 26.75. I bought the 26". But, decided to hang onto the 22" red. I am so glad that I kept. Not only do I use it as often as my 26.75, but it's got sentimental value. Every time time I think about it, I breathe a sigh of relief. I had to replace a wooden handle with a plastic one. I wish I could find the OEM part. I might just make my own.

I had to choose between two pictures, my WSM chugging along at -26f, and this one. I found this picture first in the database.

It is a piece of beef entrecote, grilled during a very cold and dark winter evening. I like it. And the taste was nice.

Great shot!!

This was a couple weeks ago. Still grilling here in Cali. The weather is good so far mid 70s.

Sorry John Solak... The pic works in Internet Explorer, but not Fire Fox.

With due respect to all my smoking friends on top I won't post a outdoors pic, ....here's is one of our favorites, grilled chicken pizza, the locals call it a California Pizza, but then they call all of the pizza we make California Pizza, cooked over lump on top of two fire bricks in my WSM with a dome temp of 450°.
