A pic of My first cook on my 22.5 WSM. 2 Racks of ribs trimmed St. Louis style in process of cooking. I cooked every single piece of excess meat I took off the get them to the st louis cut, nothing went to waste lol

 
A four day fishing trip turned into something totally different when the fish didn't bite at Santa Barbara Island.

I've been bbqing my whole life, but just started this forum this year. Consequently my bucket isn't very deep. Here's mine. 9 racks babybacks on my WSM for a house warming party. There's four more racks below the top five.

But, OK Chris. It was my second option for Throwdown # 17: Pork Tenderloin - Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with a Rösti. The photo did not turn out to my liking so I did not publish it
