A nod to Chuck!

So imho Chuck makes some of the best looking burgers around...he's darn good at it. Thought I'd start the thread in hopes of him (or anyone) posting more burger pics 😀

Home ground blend of chuck, brisket, short rub. Medium grind. Hot skillet on the Genny. Sliders for my son, double cheeseburger for me. Total weight on the double was 8 oz before cooking. It was so, so tasty.

Red onion, lettuce, ketchup and mayo. Hit the spot.

Nice looking burgers.
I love burgers.
I love trying to make the best smash burgers.
For me it’s like golf where I could always do or get better.
I like to grind my own blend of meat.
Recently I started slicing the onions paper thin with my new mandolin and placing the flipped burger on a pile of that.
Darn those are 👍.
I’ll post up more burger pics the next time I make ‘em.
