My Brother turned me on to this brand of Sriracha sauce lately and it's for real!
I love the rooster but this has a different taste, more cleaner and you can really taste the chili's.
It's made in Thailand and takes a few weeks to get delivered from Amazon.https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B07MLHVWHV/tvwb-20

Prime shows delivery by Monday for the red, and Wednesday for the yellow?
Which one do you recommend?

I'm showing delivery by Wednesday for red and the yellow. Not seeing the green. Which is spiciest?

Not really my favorite condiment but I just found this at the local market.
Being that I like all the uber-hot sauces like ghost pepper and similar, this surprised me how hot it is.

Most wasabis are actually just colored horseradish root & mustard, so yeah, it's hot!

Mustard seeds are almost as hot as horseradish, you might enjoy trying some homemade mustards. You can get 1# bags of the seeds for <$9/lb.

Len Dennis posted the above links here, which is how I found out. I got a pound each of yellow & brown mustard seeds for a total of ~$15 @ amazon.

Fresh done horsy can take your breath away if you take a good whiff. My FIL loved the extra hot stuff from the Polish delis in Chicago.
Neighbor down the street made his own https://thefitchen.com/homemade-horseradish/ and homemade hot sauce.
You got to be careful with that stuff in the kitchen, proper ventilation and you don't want to lift the lid and take a big whiff.

A 'whiff' of fresh horseradish is a great hangover helper in the morning. A little bit with eggs will get it going.
