really short on time these days... seems the sun (when it is out) sets well before my eyes are open...
however, I did find time to grill AND eet with a few photos to share...
not all cooks are complete with plated pics, but I imagine you can also :)
starting with some chicken mole tacos...

Those are some pretty fantastic cooks, if I had to choose, that flank steak gets the nod. Looking forward to some cooks with your new roto on your WSM :)
