I'll bet you're all disappointed that I'm not dancing, right? Yeah, not so much. Lol. Wednesday was the CEOs bday, so I did us up some nice strips. Made a second version of my warming rack as well. Much better. So here we go...



Steaks brushed with evoo and a light sprinkle of camp mix and a lil extra pepper.



Ready for some heats.





Steaks resting in foil. I was the only one who wanted roasted corn. This was also my first attempt at grilled romaine. I think it came out pretty good.



Your plate is ready! We like our read meat on the more done side, so I spared the embarrassing cross section pic without much pink at all.



Everything was great, she was happy, and someone discovered corn on the cob.

Nice post. All I might suggest is you get the Romaine a little closer to the heat.

I'll definitely try that next time. Thx! Here's a little secret about my steak... It's actually the pieces from two different steaks! The girls cut off what they wanted and I got the rest. It worked out very well for the pic. Just remember this when you see a picture of a "hot chick" on the internet! Lmao
