All cooks look really tood but those birds are gorgeous!
Can you share some more details about birds? They have been hanging for how long at what T?

Very nice!!!!! You grilled a lot this week, temps must be in the double digits!!!
sorry John, tomorrow (Friday) we'll be near 30º... last night grilling it was 7 degrees, the thighs were grilled in 9º ... the chops I think it was about 12 and the Cornish hens it was 5

Enrico, the grill dome temp was 350º and I removed the hens after 40 minutes.
I did brine the birds overnight then seasoned with salt-free Penzeys 33rd & Galena
 
Jim, let me tell you:
- thighs & wings looks delicious!
- those interesting fish fry/jerk pork combo pork chops do my attention too!
- hens looks of other world!
