After giving a friend who was going through a hard time my 22.5 OT. The better half
surprised me with this 22.5 OTG last fall. Hadn't cooked over charcoal in almost a year:eek:.

don't lift the lid...

Oh, yeah. Now pay attention, folks. That's how a steak is SUPPOSED TO LOOK! Very nice even sear, not too dark, with just a hint of grill marks...'cause you cooked it over charcoal and the WHOLE BLOOMIN' SURFACE is seared....(Sorry...stepping off of Mr. Meathead's soapbox now :o ) Congrats on the new grill. Sounds like you deserved it. :)

don't know ya Paul, but lemme tell ya something...
anyone that helps out others in time of need the way you did, deserves MORE than "just" a new Weber grill.
Your wife knows how lucky she is to have the man in you with her...

oh, and grilling PERFECT steaks like these pictured above is an added bonus!

Welcome to our backyard, it's GREAT to have you with us!
and hug your wonderful wife also, for us! ;)

Perfect looking steaks Mack! Congrats on the new grill and it sounds like you are a very lucky man
to have such a wonderful woman in your life.

A brand new OTG!Your wife is great, and the fact you have not cooked over charcoal in over a year because you gave a grill away, you deserve it!

Two nice pieces of meat right there. I believe in "Paying it Forward" also, there will be a special place for us someday.

Thanks all for the warm welcome and the kind words. In our travels Elizabeth and I
see the less fortunate and the chaos in this world, so we do consider ourselves truely
blessed. I didn't realize how much I missed my keetle, till I started cooking on one again.
Cooking on the gasser just is not the same.

Yes. That is a splendid looking steak right there. And a nice story to go with it. Gives you hope for the world. :D
