Last weekend, I made garlic Parmesan wings.

I made a garlic butter to go on top, along with some fresh grated Parmesan, but I forgot to get pics.
They were very tasty, though!

Yesterday, I wanted burgers and Pammi wanted turkey burgers, so I made smash turkey burgers!
Our biggest CI pan onto the gasser.

Great looking char on those smash burgers Phil! Have you and PammI been able to do any camping this summer? Seems like if a campground isn’t closed, it’s booked solid for the next 2 years!!!

Looks great! We did turkey burgers on Sunday. Didn't smash them though just grilled them on the gas bbq.

Tim, yes we have!
Not as much as we would like, but we’ve had a few trips.
