Last weekend, I made garlic Parmesan wings.
Simply seasoned with SPOG and onto the kettle indirect.
After they were done, into the bowl.
I made a garlic butter to go on top, along with some fresh grated Parmesan, but I forgot to get pics.
They were very tasty, though!
Yesterday, I wanted burgers and Pammi wanted turkey burgers, so I made smash turkey burgers!
Our biggest CI pan onto the gasser.
Probably 2 ounce balls of expertly seasoned ground turkey on next.
And, after the flip!
Topped with pepper jack and on toasted buns!
And I got a plated shot!
Sooooo good!
