Final day of the holiday grill fest. (sniff)

Burgers. 1/2lb specialty grind from my butcher, soft thick chew Kaiser roll, grilled onions, sliced tomato, cheese, NM Hatch green chile, and guacamole.

Juicy, messy, deliciousness.
