4th of July Barbecue

Here are some pics from our 4th celebration. I got the pics I could and missed some. It was pretty busy.

The plated pic was really too much too eat which explains why as i write this I feel like I just may explode. Now on to fireworks, if I can stay awake! Happy 4th of July! Have a great week!

Perfect 4th of July cook Robert. Looks wonderful. I'm still cruising our Costco, looking for the prime brisket, any brisket for that matter.
