I cooked this chicky on Sunday, posted on Thursday - that's four days old, right? :cool:
Dusted with Tony Chachere's, and now contemplating her future



some of the roasted veggies for tonight: onion, garlic and zucchini



par boiled artichokes, "cleaned", to finish on the grill. Hat's off to Pete in PG for that trick!



chicken's been on for awhile.I tried something different w/ my veggies: placed the pan on the flavorizer bars to collect some of the drippin's: that worked!

Gorgeous looking plate Brian! Going to try the veggie tray under the bird, bet that added a lot of flavor.
 
That there is a plate of good looking food. How did the arties turn out? They look wonderful. Everything else looks great too.

@ Cliff - the giblets didn't make the photo cut. They tasted great, didn't look good at all in the pics: had to crop them out:)

@Alan & Enrico - I was running about 350 and I would give the skin a 7.

@John - the artichokes were rolled around in the veggie pan when everything came off.
