We appreciate you visiting, and you're always welcomed!
Thank you again!

Nice pork steaks Jim...again..true master! Love your grillin photo's! Seems to be a shortage of grill photos these days but your posts never disappoint! Keep grilling and chilling Jim!

The pork steaks look delicious. And your commitment to outdoor cooking borders on the heroic. If I lived somewhere that had winter, I dunno if I would be grilling this time of year.

Your a brave man to cook outside last nite....got up this morning to feed my horses and boy was it cold...the wind just makes less bearable...one more day of this then anything else we get will be warmer! Nice chops by the way! Stay warm!

You would make a great Postman Jim. Neither snow, nor rain............
Way to tough it out my friend!

Temp: minus zero.
Cook: A big 10 out of 10!

I would only cook in that weather if my finnished product looked like yours! AWESOME!

*off topic*

I got a package in the mail today...And i bow to you sir! A BIG thanks from the Wolgast Family...

thanks for all your kind words everyone:)
you're correct Morgan, grillin' shots should be included in these posts, otherwise, it's just food. ;)
Sean and Paul, the cold wasn't really a problem... as long as the wind is calm, it's bearable. toss in the wind and it's killer.
Tim, i think i have only one bottle of "Wrecked" left.
Thanks Mike, Miles is a fav around these parts (i forgot yesterday, no mail for MLK Holiday, hope your "dinner" arrives today cold;) )
and Daniel, ALL your finished products look BETTER than that:p & it's my pleasure: hope you enjoy the contents... some of my new favourites.
