I thought that I had a good deal when our neighborhood grocer had Boneless NY Strip for $6.99/lb

I like how you cooked 'em on the WSM - I've never tried that.

The thing is, I expected them to be tough. These were very tender, you could have cut them with a butter knife. I stopped at the store on my way home tonight....All gone
