Great looking food, and looks like you have a great dog also. Is that a yellow lab or golden retriever? Can't quite tell by the pic.

It's too much to take in all at once! The ribs....oh , I love those. Bourbon....good stuff. Oh ! Now we got brats! I love brats. Ooh! Pork steaks! Those look wonderful....ooh! Ooh! Hasselback potatoes! That's it , my head just exploded! Thanks , jim.
 
What do you use to slice those taters? How long do they cook? You sir are celebrating national bratwurst day in style.
