What can i say! You clicked on this one to se some thick ones right?! ok here they are:
Rubbed with Penzey´s -California pepper..ready for the grill(a big shout out to Lampe..Thx Dude)
Reversed seared untill target(145f)...As if...I missed it,150f and pulled. Put outside in the cold to chill. Had a pan over them...Cant trust the Swedish birds.(even after dark)

After a 15 min cooldown,they come back on the grill for a sear

Plated with a chevre salad(E)..(i used a feta cheese instead)
Even if i dident nail the internal it was a great one:

A tip to everyone out there Order a bag of Penzey´s California pepper. Killer on chops and i bet it will be awesome on chicken aswell!
