This is my first cook on my WSM 22.5" - I love this smoker! I used Killer Hogs BBQ Rub, they came out tender and juicy, I need to learn to gauge by sight and feel and not by time, they could have came out a little sooner, but heck that's how we learn.
Congrats on your first cooking your WSM. I think you'll get a lot of enjoyment from it. You already look like and old pro with those great ribs. Nice job!
