1st cook Genesis

I didn't know what to do, I have to admit, I was a tad intimidated. All I can say is, you don't have to know anything about BBQ, this grill ROCKS ROCKS ROCKS

I wimped, first cook: Veggies and Chicken thighs

On deck, Bob's favorites: Brussel Sprouts

Good and glazed, time to add their pals

Did I say thighs? Bring on the thighs, heck bring lots, there's tons of room

To quote my favorite line in the movie The Warriors: I'm having a good time....

I have to tell you, it was amazing. I was worried, I might screw the pooch on the first cook, heck this cook is going to be hard to live up to. The veggies were insane, (Brussel sprouts were over the top) Chicken was fantastic, the only thing I would do different....turn up the heat under them

Awesome cook!
I love my Genesis.
It serves as a second oven for our holiday feasts.
Before I got the WSM I was smoking briskets, chickens, and ribs on it.
My buddy at work cooks pizza in his.
My only regret is not getting one sooner.

Yep the Genesis line is great I love my older E320 with E/W burners. really a great grill. You're going to get many great cooks off the grill.

Perfectly said. Sad thing is, I went to all the hassle of coming up with the money and then it hit me, if I charge in on my home depot, I get six months to pay it, interest free.
