Cooked 18 Pork Butts on 3-WSM’s 22. Made 210-1/2 lb Sandwiches for the Mesquite Skeeters. Man this was one of the Biggest Cooks I’ve ever done!!

It was pretty tough. Injected & rubbed 18 pork butts, mopped all twice, wrapped at 160 & took them to 210. Shredded so easy. Just fell apart. Making 210 Sandwiches is tough for 1individual but I got thru it & everybody loved it!!

210! Wow! What cook temp? How long? Foil? That is a lot of sandwiches. More than I could eat, when younger. The color looks perfect! Six per wsm. I aspire to be you.
