yesterday, finished a slab of bacon, today, i cut it. Here are the Stars.

the end to small (for me) to cut on the slicer... chopped in chunks for chili/pasta/whatever

baby backs seasoned with penzey's BBQ3000 and cali pepper

those are three chunks of that same bacon above the ribs

after an hour or so, i took off the chunks of pork

and eight them one by 1

while the back ribs continued to cook

at the end, i sauced them with this BBQ sauce Thanks Emilie&Daniel!

I do not cut ribs anymore, just rip them apart. So dinner plates looked very much like this.

skillet baked Yukons and smashed cauliflower peppered up were added to the ribs.

these ribs were soo good in
every way 'cept, they were all gone when i went back for more.
next time, i'll cook TWO racks.

Sliced, ripped torn, I don't care. Would love to have a plate of those ribs in front of me.
 
Bacon looks pretty good, Jim. But seriously, next time try to make it a little more uniform and prettier! :D
