Always enjoy your cooks Dwain. This one is no exception. Great looking meal! That pork looks delicious. So does that brew. An amber ale or something close?

There isn't enough food on that plate, imho. Outside of that - top of the line dinner.

Thanks folks. I can't take credit for the melted onion idea. I found the recipe on Weber.com but it's all over the interweb.

Close... just slightly darker than an amber. It's a homebrewed Bavarian Dunkel. Warsteiner is probably the closest commercial example.
