The last day of the long weekend and wanted something quick and easy. Here we go.
Did the sweet potato chips earlier in the day. Sliced 3 sweet potatoes as thin as I could go with my Mandoline.
Fried them in some 350 degree oil using my SM style attachment and my Performer.
Dried on sheet pan and seasoned with garlic salt, black pepper, paprika, chipotle powder, cayenne and K Salt.
Three 4 oz. patties.
American Cheese and bun toast.
Made a dressing with Mayo and Dijon Mustard, 2 to 1 Mayo. Crispy chips on side.
Perfect ending to a great weekend. Thank you all for looking!
