Stole Bob Correll's Bacon Banana Peanut Butter Sammie
Sorry about screwing up your name in the title Bob, but apparently you can't edit that.
I plead guilty to all charges, but I just had to try this. Growing up I lived off of peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
Then Bob had to go and add bacon, cinnamon bacon at that.
I make my bacon with maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon, close enough.
I used Barb’s homemade English muffin bread which was perfect with it.
I have to say this was excellent. Barb has never had a PB and banana sandwich before let alone with bacon, she loved it.
