Hi all,
Just got an early birthday gift and quickly seasoned it yesterday.
However, as of this writing, I am doing hot & fast chicken legs, but the thermostat appears to be flaky. Unfortunately, after a call to Weber, they refuse to offer any kind of warranty on the smoker because it was purchased at less than retail (they kept asking me strange questions during the warranty registration yesterday).
I'm aghast. How are they going to build a good customer relationship if they won't even honor their own warranty??
Anyone else had an issue like this??
