Has anyone done a Brisket on a rotisserie? Packer or Flat.
On a gasser. Just thinking!
Thanks for any ideas.
Chuck

Sounds good Jim. Will be on a 2 week ice fishing trip. When we get back, and get a brisket at Harry's I'll give you a call.
Chuck.

I would think you could depending on the size: I wouldn't want to try a 14 lb though as it may burn out the motor.

I would consider maybe 'butterflying' it and then rolling it so that it is cylindrical (and not rectangular as it is normally) so all is exposed evenly to the coals.

Has anyone else done a brisket on a rotisserie and gas grill? I would love to try it out but have no experience BBQing a brisket, either on a roto or not. If so, please provide some details on how you did it.
I have an older cage style rotisserie and I would think it would work well on a good size brisket.
