    New Searwood pic.

I noticed today (an apologies if this has already been said) that it says Last Chance next to the Smokefire on Weber.com.

    Nobody Using Q Grills?

I was always sceptical about the Q's, then I saw one on eBay for a great price locally and he delivered. It's an old Q100 but he really looked after it. It's now my go to for cooking a quick midweek meal for myself. Shame the little gas bottles run out quickly but I could change the regulator...

    Vacuum food saver

Forgive my ignorance, but when you say double seal, do you put the already sealed ends back in the machine and use the seal function again?

Spatchcock Chicken/Sausage on the WSM 14.5

Hi Vaughan, what have you used instead of the water pan? Just foil over the basket?

    Vacuum food saver

I have a Foodsaver and am generally happy with it. As others have mentioned, I tend to use it when I have a batch of things to freeze as opposed to more regular one off use. What this means, IMHO, is that you lose the 'knack' of knowing how large a bag to trim off from the roll and the chances...

    Had another shut down

I must admit that I am in agreement. As someone who doesn't own a pellet grill with app control or any other kind, it does seem counter intuitive. reading the thread I don't think that I want a cook dictated by tech. I have enough problems with the fan on my oven in the kitchen!!

How do I Know Which Generation?

Hi, I'm watching and EX6 on eBay which the seller says is 3 years old. How will I know if it is one of the original models that had issues with the pellet feed? Many thanks

SlowNSear Deluxe or Weber Charcoal Baskets?

Completely agree with this. It's surprising how quick things cook on a rotisserie.

    Weber Spirit S320 Regulator Issue

It's more the hose that I'm concerned about. I've already bought the replacement but perhaps it will just sit in the spares pile for a few years.

    Grill brushes

I always used to use the Weber brushes but felt they were not as robust as they used to be. After a bit of research online I came across these and have been more than happy with the one that I bought. Kone 360 grill brush

    Weber Spirit S320 Regulator Issue

Hi, having had a new lid replaced by Weber under warranty for my 2013 Spirit S320 I though it best to buy a new regulator and hose and it's not been changed and made be 10 years was a bit long. Following the instructions provided of using 2 spanners (1 to hold, 1 to turn) I just can't get the...

    Hamburgers - Room for improvement

I agree with this. If you dump the coals as you did and they are not tightly grouped the heat will just not follow.

    Tips for Meater +

Completely echo the info about the ambient temp. I cooked a 4lb sirloin with my new Meater+ on Christmas Day to medium repair and was delighted with the results.

Out of round 26" Weber..... your thoughts?

Just run a tape measure to 26" and run it round the edge of the lid and bowl, you'll soon find your issue.

    Turkey in Rotisserie

I've done a couple now on clear cold days (for the UK anyway). You'll be surprised at how fast they cook, I would be looking at nearer 2.25 hours. Never had crispy skin on a rotisserie though

    Pepper Grinder recommendations

Another vote for Peugeot, very food grinding mechanisms and a nice wood finish.
