    Sausage making

    I went over to my friend brian's house yesterday and we made 4 different recipes for Sausage. It was the first time for me and I learned a lot. We ended up with about 18 pounds of product.

    Ribeye Steak and Lobster

    Last night I lit up my gasser and cooked Ribeye Steak and Lobster. I marinated the steak in soy sauce and seasoned it with Montreal steak seasoning. I sprinkled a little of my own rub on the Lobster. Came out great and very tastey.

    I Just cooked a couple racks of Spare Ribs last night on my 22.5" WSM. I seasoned one with Plowboys, Yardbird and the other with Dizzy Pig, Dizzy Dust. They were delicious! :-D

    Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicey and Yardbird Ribs

    Last night I cooked two racks of spare ribs and used Sweet and Spicey on one rack (thanks Steph!) and Yardbird on the other. After tasting them I really like the Sweet and Spicey rub but I still like Yardbird too. Decisions, desicions...tastey decisions! :-D

    2nd WSM Brisket

    I cooked a high heat packer that I separated the point from the flat. Cooked it at 300F for 3 hours then foiled them till they reached 203F. Came out great. :-D
